VANCOUVER, BC – Local man Terry Gibbons is still trying to understand "what team North America was all about" at the World Cup of Hockey.

Gibbons, 51, admitted to a number of work colleagues on Friday that he was confused with the concept and had spent the past three weeks trying to find out the solution.

"Was it a best players in North America sort of thing?" he was heard asking five different people in the office. "So why were Crosby and Price playing for Canada?"

On each occasion, when the concept was explained to him, Gibbons responded with a blank stare before shaking his head and saying that it was the "typical NHL trying to complicate things."

At press time, Gibbons had been told by his boss to leave early for the day in order to stop everyone in the office from being bothered.
